Jim Townsend and Ian McKnight attended the National Legislative Program Evaluation Society’s (NLPES) Professional Development Seminar in New Orleans, LA. Jim presented to a large group of attendees, including legislative and auditing staff, about “Evaluating for Impact: Rebuilding Public Trust.”
