Betsy Hawkings – Congressional Outreach Manager
We are thrilled to welcome Betsy Hawkings to the Levin Center team as our Congressional Outreach Manager working in the Washington, D.C., office. Betsy brings a wealth of experience on Capitol Hill to the team, where she has worked served as chief of staff to four Republican House members over 25 years, including her hometown Congressman Christopher Shays of Connecticut.
