We are hiring a “Civic Education Specialist” to support our “Learning by Hearings” Program!
The ideal Civic Education Specialist will promote student education about current events and the Levin Center’s civic education after-school and in-school programs for students in Michigan and across the country. The candidate will lead the development of the Levin Center’s civic education curriculum and extracurricular materials, known as Learning by Hearings, research opportunities to deploy those education materials in classrooms and after-school settings, secure adoption and use of those materials by educational programs in Michigan and throughout the country, and provide direct assistance and support to teachers and administrators using the Learning by Hearing materials.
