Our State Oversight Academy was delighted to join 35 staff members of the Washington, D.C., council for a 4-hour oversight workshop. The workshop was provided by Jim Townsend, director of the Levin Center, and Ian McKnight, State Training and Development Manager, including interactive exercises on the techniques of fact-based, bipartisan oversight.
